	Yeah, that is about right From what I've learned, Bros are essentially at no risk from a legal point of view.  If a gal Is in breach of her visa (as ALL bargirls are, as they are not supposed to be earning income while in HK on a tourist visa) she'll get busted, jailed, and deported while you walk away with minimal questioning.  FS in a sauna is not legal either (violates the "1 girl, 1 room" rule).  But it is not the punter that violated any HK law. I got busted once in a room with 3 hookers here due to a noise complaint (all 3 where in breach of there Visas, so several laws where broken that nite).  It was about 5am and I was rather pissed...  They asked what I was doing, I said "partying" (entirely truthful), they wrote down my HKID # nothing more. Mind you - I don't recommend being as reckless I have been, but Yeah... HK is rather liberal with punters.
