The question is, 'What really constitutes a dirty old man (DOM) ?'
Perhaps some prefatory remarks first. The definition of old and dirty are both subjective and probably largely driven by cultural norms.
Is a hobbyist past some certain age considered too old to continue seeking after the ultimate in intimate encounters ? We know from science, history and literature than males can continue to procreate even past the age of 90. If the hormones are still working, and the wallet will support it, why not an older man in the P4P buying business.
Regarding dirty, this is really a cultural issue. On this side of the pond, the north American side of the Pacific, the definition of dirty is going to be understood based on who is answering the question. A female with ultra-conservative views will probably consider anyone of any age looking for P4P to be dirty. On the other hand a younger dancer making serious money at one of the strip clubs wouldn't care less about a male's pursuits as long as his money is available.
So what is a DOM ? Do the HK's ladies have their own ideas ? Is a man a 'colored wolf' after some age ? For that matter, is DOM always a pejorative ? Is a HK WG going to look down on some rich retired male just because he wants to invest a few dollars in the finer things a lady can offer ?
