As from my actual experience, it's better to jack off then to suffer later and since SEAJhas requested me to tell more about what happened to me, I may as well share.
Similar event took place for me about 6 years ago. By then I was already married with the love of my life. The ex-gf who did the damage was not exactly wife material...and that's one of the main reasons why the relationship ended. Even though she was the greatest in the sack for me comparing with all the girls I've had (gf, flings and wg included), she is simply not right as a wife for me.
