I betcha that you WILL get a lot of sympathies here - simply because IMHO, there's a lot of us that is going through/have gone through this situation.
IMHO again, the key to solving this problem is just plain ole communications. Talk to your wife - softly, without any rancour/recriminations and with a lot of love meant. Even make it a special occasion like a nice romantic dinner or a trip down to the beach/Peak to watch the sunset - but most of all, be honest with each other about each individual's needs. Important - do NOT under any circumstances even admit ANY kind of infidelity AT ALL - rather that you need her support, understanding and love to Solve this, the both of your problem.
Some here may even recommend a Marriage Guidance counselor - they're fine - but note that they are just "guidance" counselors - and all they hope to achieve is for you 2 to be able to communicate with each other properly, clearly and honestly - so perhaps you should save that $$ to instead splurge on her to set up the occasion when you 2 can talk properly.
Just young SEAJ giving another one of his usual trite IMHO's! Sigh....!
