Very hard getting a Chinese girl in Beijing club. They are in that place because they like Chinese guys (the loaded type). Personally I think Privé is the best place to pick up top notch civvies and WG. Even got a phone number from one of the girls behind the bar once 
On busy nights there are usually a bunch of semi WG in there. Just look for a group of Chinese gals with one older and the rest younger and prettier. Buy a bottle of anything and start talking to them. After buying some drinks and talking a while (showing you are interested). The older girl will ask you who you like.
It will set you back about HK$3.000, but the girls are much prettier/swankier than regular WGs.
A small tip on getting in Privé on busy nights without membership; Go to the members queue. When the doorman looks at you and asks if you have a membership card, simply say yes and stick him HK$500 (for your whole group - we have been up to 5 people).
