It seems about the same to me whether it's U.S. or Asia. Of course there's more sex just laying around for the picking up in Asia, but in terms of female orgasmic performance I've met a lot of multi-orgasmic women in the U.S. In fact the only woman I know who can have an orgasm by giving ME a BJ is caucasian.
