Just use any picture editing program, like paint for example. Go to Resize, first select 50%, keep the box checked for Maintain Aspect Ratio, it will reduce the photo by 50%. If it is still too big, reduce it by a further 50%, if you have gone too much, you can always undo the last action by clicking Ctrl Z, and then redo it with say 20% or 30% reduction. Just trial and error. Once you are satisfied with the size, save it as a JPG, it will reduce the file size of the photo from the Mb to Kb.
