As per my rating comment - that is just a bit of scarring/discoloration from a healed up childhood injury.
Have a look at this dupe of picture I posted up on the idle chat thread that shows this a bit clearer; and it's only the spot to the right whilst what you see between the 2 orifices is just her natural moisture/secretion "apres"
I hope I can post this up as I'm having a bit of problem posting from here In China and am going thru a proxy.

I guess this old Discuz engine detected that this picture already exist on the forum and thus told me to NOT post it up again and instead just post up a link to it. IMPRESSIVE for such an old engine!!
