Had the same situation. At first, acted like a big guy and cool headed but it started really bothering me and stress me after a few days. To make a long story short, I was drunk, didnt really want to punt and still ended up doing it because I was drunk..., the kind of decision you regret. Had sex, condom blows and then hell start.
I held on to my coolness for 5 days and then well, like any other idiot, went on the Internet where 99% of the things you read (not here! So far I've read only reasonnable comments) are crap and scary. So I freaked out. Went back to the place I had found the girl and asked her to get tested with me. She said no, so I offered her the same money as when we punted. Guess she was stressed also as she said, if she had std, she would be sent back to Philippines. I promised it would be discreet. We went to the clinic and got tested together I paid for everything (the most expensive punt of my ongerer carreer!  ).
The doctor was great and totally discreet. It took him a split second to understand the situation and I could tell I was not the first one to come for this (went to a clinic on the piers). I paid for both tests (quite expensive) and went home. I was really depressed but I wanted to know. At least if I was infected I had to get treatment, whatever that was.
After a few days cant remember how long, it felt like weeks to me but it wasnt) I got the results. Negative for me and minor Stds for her. I called her for the results, she said she didnt want to go and pick up the medecine so I went (with the help of the doctor) and brought it to her, that was the least I could do even though as of now, I dont know if she took the damn medecine. i hope she did as the doctor said she wuild never have kids if she didnt and she was 21.
Now, I only use my condoms (reinforced ones!) and check regularly if their ok and never use the ones provided by love hotel (fyi this happened in Victoria Hotel...). I also get tested, and all punters oit there should do it for themselves and for the girls they punt (but this will never happen, am being an utopist here ;) ).
So my advice, stay cool but for your mental health, you could get the girl tested with you as I did, if she doesnt have anything you'll be settled right away, if she does you'll have to wait longer but still that wont mean you have caugh anything, the odds remain quite low in any case (and whatever you do, if you read odds and stats on Internet, remember that those stats are only valid if she is infected and that many girls are as scared as you are of stds!)
