We have all been in situations like this. Thing to know is that if he does take her on a normal date and so on and does not pay her, then things will get awkward for him in the sauna, like "not being able to pick other girls syndrome". My advice is take her out, and at the end just give her some money, dont make it feel as if ur paying for the punt but make a different reason why you are paying her, like get a new phone or new shoes, etc.
