Woah, don't jump to conclusions. A lot of the bros set the RA very high while they are creating a new thread.
The reasons for the time needed could be a number of things, ie...forum's own rules that constrain the number of photos that can be posted within 24 hrs, it is a long introduction or writeup and he needs time to write it, or he is just still editing it.
I am sure once he is satisfied that his thread is ready for the masses, he will remove all RA as he wants as many bros to see it as possible.
It is funny that once bros get to RA30 level they lose the earlier patience they had when they were newbies and could not see the pics. So be patient and let TonyToro do his thing as he knows the standards of the bros here are so high and won't tolerate slap-dash work.  | |
