I've heard a few stories as well, and have to admit, I'm a little bit envious of their job simply because its so interesting to me, heh heh... A few of mine that I've heard (and I usually try to verify it with another WG at the same place):

1. One of a certain sauna's best customer only visits twice a week... but each time, orders 7 different girls for a 7-way (I think I mentioned this on a previous thread). He actually has one of the WG organize the other 7, with the only requirement that they be different from the previous visit.

2. A certain famous basketball player visited one of the saunas I've reported on. Most of the WG's were already taking off their make-up (it was already 2am), when the supervisor came in and told them they had to re-do their make-up and wait around til 3am. He ended up picking 4 ladies.

3. While regular employees and supervisors aren't allowed to sample the goods at the store that they work at, if you're the General Manager of the store, you're free to have a few sessions a week.

4. (This one's a bit of a downer) Customers hitting/abusing WG's is somewhat common. If you're at a sauna that has excellent business, the managers will usually take the side of the WG. Unfortunately, if a WG is in a sauna with low clientele, the manager will take the side of the customer. The worst case I heard is where a customer was drunk and wanted to finger his girl. He had the 'Chinese fingernails' though, and the WG wasn't having any of it, so he bit her shoulder (didn't draw blood, but was just very painful of course). The WG said something to him, and then he slapped her full across the face. She immediately ran out of the room crying and to go tell the manager, and the manager had a short chat with the customer.... Amazingly, the manager apologized to the customer, and asked about giving him an extension on time with the same girl or a different one... Even more amazingly, the customer chose the same WG (who didn't want to go back but was forced to). That particular WG took the next week off simply because she couldn't believe that the manager would send her back.

5. Adding to what coqhk mentioned about red envelopes from the WG, its VERY common. They know that just a simple word from the manager in the selection area can give them business, so they're more than willing, although sometimes, a manager is simply a good person. I've met 2 that usually suggest WG's that haven't had great business or might miss their quote, in hopes of helping them out. One of these same managers actually gave one of the WG's some cash as well to help out with some of her family affairs (see, not everyone is corrupt in China! heh heh).
