Student gets mugged in cp (scmp)
Did anyone catch the story this Sunday about a Chinese but American exchange student who got mugged and beaten and robbed in CP?
Heres the gist
-guy shopping for dvds
-40ish women approaches and says and see more dvds on the 3rd floor of another dodgy building
-dude follows and gets tied up, beaten and forced to disclose ATM PIN at the risk of his eyes being taken out
-they get about 20K RMB from his HK account
-WHILE THEY ARE COUNTING THE MONEY HE GETS FREE AND ESCAPES THOUGH A WINDOW OR DRAINPIPE OR SOMETHING!
-reports to police but spent about a weak in hospital
-comes back to HK reports to police and tries to get reimbursed for his loss at the bank
-bank says "shit out of luck"
sounds familiar doesn't it, except for the going to see more dvd part.
lesson: don't go with those touts....unless you're with a gang of bros. | |
