Some are accurate. Some are a ripoff.
I moderate TER's PS Board, so I have some knowledge of the scene there- in touch with agency owners, know the independents who are going to give you a good time. IMO, for a lot of it, you're paying for the name, not for the quality of the experience (some of the wildest fucks I've ever had, where the chicks did porn star moves, like anal reverse cowgirl, or switching from anal cowgirl to anal mish with me still in her? not a porn star).
Yeah, you can find some amazing performance, but you'll pay for it. If you're cool with that in the "money is not an object" sense, though, you can have fun. And I admit to having pulled the trigger on a fantasy date who IS an ATF and a major-league PS. The second date, though she cut me a hell of a deal for an overnight... and there is something to walking into Tao at Venetian with the hottest woman there and having guys give me the "thumbs up" sign. Still in touch with her.
