	never knew the limit in HK was 16, if that's the case, couldn't some of the WG be under 18?  are there laws regulating how old a WG must be? also, it doesn't make sense to me that the US would prosecute you for something you did outside of its jurisdiction, in a place with a different rule of law.  just like age of consent is different in different states, you don't see those people getting prosecuted by other states.
