	Reply #1912 SEAJ's post Agreed SEAJ, but "thou shalt giveth, what thou can taketh" I'm all for giving K and A's, but I'm also all for docking K's and A's, especially from newbies that's been around for awhile. If they are fresh 2-3 months, yes I understand, but if they've been around >3 months, made 30-40 posts, and are still doing the one liners, I think we need to let them know.
