I don't think a sauna is possible for that in HK and probably not for Macau either.
Getting any kind of lesbo action is tough in Asia in my limited experience. I would say your best bet is Wan Chai and going for SE Asian who is up for it + able to massage. Aside from that maybe a Russian or Columbian WG is possible.
