Anal in HK...some guidance plz

I know there are "hundreds" of threads on this and I have read them all!!! So please don't get stuck into me str8 away! 
It's been a while since I've been in HK, and on this trip I have a craving for experiencing anal (even if it is only once!).
I really want to try it with a Chinese girl (not Thai etc)...and have read all the threads on who what and why! My mando/canto is pretty average, but I give it a good go! I have been on the phone all night trying to ask agents/girls if they offer in the garden and have had no luck (maybe 20 phone calls!)
So if you don't mind, can I plz get some guidance on:
1) What to say?
- I have tried: hao moon, yup pay goo, gangmen xing xinwei, pigu xinbie, pyan, juhua, hou ting, pet pet, hou huayuan (yes I have done my research!)
- No luck...what is the definitive thing to ask...that I can't botch up!...they always say "I don't understand"
2) Where to go...I don't want an old boiler and am prepared to pay $$$
- I really would like a good looking, slim, relatively young hotel "walk-in" girl rather than a walk up (Kowloon side would also be good...geez I'm picky!!!)
- I am prepared to drop serious $$$ (as I will probably only do it once) so want the girl to be glam...most of the walk-ins sound like they have been round the track (and even those I have been unable to translate to on the phone!).
Sorry to be a pain...but am I "barking up the wrong tree"? Any help appreciated. Am happy if someone would prefer PM.
