retrograde ejaculation
as i've stated before on this forum, i've been blessed with this.
it's not a "sex injury" but a surgical side-effect. i had cancer many years ago and underwent an abdominal lymph-node dissection.
i'm going to describe surgical procedures now so if that makes you squeamish, stop reading NOW.
OK. cancer spreads along the lymphatic system: a circulatory system that you can read about here:
http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Lymphatic_system
didn't know you had that inside ya, eh? well, the type of cancer i had travels via this system. i underwent an operation where they remove the lymph nodes in your abdomen for dissection, to see if the cancer's spreading or not. in my case, it wasn't. however, it's basically being disembowelled/re-embowelled by a team of surgeons. a friend who'd graduated med school and was doing his internship suggested i have my appendix out, so i did. u don't really need it and all it can do is rupture anyway.
both the surgeon and my friend brought up the possibility i might end up with RE. as they've removing the lymph nodes, it's easy to cut small internal nerves--the result is that instead of ejaculating externally through your penis, you ejaculate internally into your bladder. there's liquid in there anyway.
most important is that once i healed up, i needed no chemo/radiotherapy. the only effect on my sex life is that things are tidier. ironically, women find this mildly curious while men sometimes freak out: "WHAT?!? u don't CUM????" oh i cum just fine, i just don't shoot milky liquid out of my dick when it happens. as i've no desire to pass on my DNA, it works for me--thus, a blessing.
