Economy ??
Could it be the economy ? The world wide economy is hurting. The RMB is getting stronger every year for other currencies. It's now around 6.4 to the 1 USD. It's getting more expensive, meaning less foreigners are traveling into China ? The USA is like 14 to 15 trillion dollars in debt. most of the money is own to China. A recent study found that Beijing and Shanghai is more expensive than New York. People are making money and there is a lesser need to go into prostitution. Last year's campaign to tone it down by the central gov't didn't help either.
On the other hand, it could be just seasonal, or all the above ? | |
