most people have jobs, and unless they're hopelessly incompetent, develop skills. there's no master degrees in hooking, but of course WGs pick up tips from managers and peers, just as you do on your job. as guys come to them when the guy's ready to conjoin, it's not the hardest sale in the world.
u've never seen a documentary on WGs, or even porn stars? they usually say that playing a role is part of the job. one reason i like to befriend hookers is to hear their stories. EVERY WG has had clients who don't really want sex, just a good chat with someone they can confide in. they want to feel special.
it works both ways. with Thai WGs here in HK, i understand their culture to some extent, let them speak in their native language if they want, and make sure they know i care about them as people and have a good time. it's not roleplay on my part...well, a little. if i find talking dirty in Japanese will make a Thai gal cum, u better believe i'm whispering it in her ear. a little consideration goes a long way, so there's a bit of roleplay both ways.
salespeople know their product and their clients. same thing with real estate, high-tech consulting or blowjobs. u want the client's prob (lack of housing, busted computer, lack of orgasm) fixed, u want it done as smoothly as possible, under time and over budget. if they make u feel like King Fucking Kong, aren't u likelier to tip lavishly.
it's a job, that's why it's called sex work, that's why Zi Teng calls themselves a "sex workers rights group." if all johns treated the girls well, they wdn't be needed, but alas, they are.
