Stange Sign in my hotel room

I was looking for a hotel during the Canton Fair in April in Guangzhou.  Most were already full and double the normal price. Check three hotels and found a small hotel that was reasonable and fairly clean.

In my hotel room I noticed a strange sign on the wall. My Chinese is very limited and I did not understand it.  Later I saw the same sign, I recognize the same Chinese Characters, behind the hotel front desk.  I asked the lady what does the sign mean because I saw the same sign in my room.  She said, "NO drugs, NO gambling, NO prostitution. They will call the police if they suspect anything.  I said to myself Damn...NO shit….
