Try the Sanlitun bar street - and usually ACROSS the street from where the bars are next to the trees as well as some of the alleys around there.
At least that's where they used to be a few years back when I was in BJ quite a lot.
But of course I know that there's a whole lot of changes - especially around the CBD/sanlitun area.
Another area is of course around Hou Hai lake bars and the hutong streets around it.
There used to be a few gals "patrolling" the area.
Sorry that its not more up-to-date info - but since it's TONIGHT you're talking about...and I don't see anybody else around.....
