I have in the past used agencies in a lot of places in the world to source out higher class escorts who could get me in to the hot spots in town - as these are places she would normally just hang out at when NOT escorting.
To do so, I would try to figure out which looks to be the "Top" agency in town, phone them and tell them that I want to GO TO THEIR OFFICES and choose there. Surprisingly, a LOT of these agencies DO have actual offices - and would get the gals I selected from their data base to actually come and be "interviewed" there.
You may want to do the same for your purpose - for otherwise, what smokeyblaze says is probably what you'd end up with.
