Of course the fastest way would be by taxi which should be about 15 mnutes or so crossing the 2 bridges to Macau proper.
OTH, taxis are NOT that easy to catch in Macau these days, in which case, you can just jump in one of the quite frequent shuttle buses from the City of Dreams (where the Grand Hyatt is lovated at) to the Macau Ferry pier and/or the Lisboa area. Ask the concierge where to get off to wherever/whichever sauna you're gonna go to.
As for safety, yes Macau is quite safe for the ordinary traveler - just don't go looking for trouble and you should be OK at ANY TIME; remember that the casinos open 24 hrs/day and there ARE gamblers with large amounts of cash all over the place and at all hours in Macau
