Joe, your link still doesn't work...
Click on NEW as though you were going to start a new thread.
Paste the details you want to include and the link.
"Select" the link you just pasted, so the whole link is highlighted.
Click on the little "CHAIN" icon above the window you are typing this in.
Paste the link in the box that pops up. Click OK.
Copy everything, then paste it into your signature.
As you can see by my post here it works.
