I remember back in the '90s going to a store to buy some fake LV bags, and I was shown several different grades of fakes. You could pay $20, up to $200.
They counterfeit everything in the LOS, even the National Beverage of Thailand, JWB.
That is impressive, however China is KING! You know they were even making fake Ferraris! There are degrees of "fakes". The good ones are very good. However in HK, fakes are for tourists and out of town businessmen eager to bring their SO something home... If you spend some time in Mong Kok you will see what I mean, the Ladies Market is full of tourists buying fake adidas, while one street over the local shoppers are buying REAL adidas in the Sports shoe street. |
