The canucks are strong but their defensive core is not as deep as some are made to believe. I'm sure they will get past the first round against a much weaker hawks team compared to last season. Though who knows, for the past 2 years, the hawks have had the canuck's number.
The wings are obviously another team to watch for every season and franzen is on fire during these times.
I think out west, it's anyone's game. The Caps are playing more defensive hockey now which will do them well during the playoffs but the Bruins and the Flyers are strong as well (though the Flyers were on a slide near the end of regular season).
It's a great playoff this year... glad to see Nashville being considered a dark horse. I'm hoping the Bruins can take it this year!
Anyhow, any one know where I can actually catch some of the games at a bar?? I know they play some afternoon games over there so that would be perfect time for a weekend night! | |
