Has anyone tried the new Gmail? OMFG!

It's bloody amazing, although a little bit weird to use at first.

Google have just introduced Gmail Motion.  If you have a webcam built in to your computer, load up Gmail and wave at the camera.  The Gmail Motion screen will automatically load.  You can use your hands to scroll through messages like Kinect - just move your hand through the air to scroll - and you can also use hand gestures to do different actions like replying to messages or starting a new message.

Technology is moving way too fast for old people like me... Try it out though, if you've got a Gmail account.  Just make sure you're on the first page after logging in, and wave at the camera to start it.  It took me a few seconds of waving before it detected me, but then it worked fine after the automatic callibration.

If you don't have Gmail, check out the video here to see it in action:

I'm not sure how much I'll use it, but it's pretty impressive nonetheless, and very useful for lazy people like me

My SO had trouble running it from her computer though, so she had to install the motion sensing software from the link above
