I'm curious why didn't you check the condom afterwards if it breaks or not? The cum could either be yours or hers. Maybe she was just soaking wet when you pulled out? Or did she used a lot of ky jelly?
Assuming there's indeed a breakage of the condom, the probability that you'll contacted std is relatively very low, but not impossible.
It's up to you if you want to have a checkup to put your mind at ease or not. But for me personally, unless I feel something unusual within a couple of weeks, I wouldn't be alarmed.
But at any rate, I urge you not to have any unsafe sex with ANY partner until after you are sure that you're std-free.
