	In China, China Unicom is offering a great deal.  6000 rmb, and something like 50 rmb a month maintenance fee for 2 years and you get an iphone 4 plus a good amount of credit every month for 2 years.  My s.o has this plan, she is on her phone all day and has never gone over her monthly allotted credit.
