I agree Bro!
I am not looking for anyone major! As I understand that they can go out & find better & full-time jobs. My idea is a part-time basis as some suppliers I wish to use do not speak English. I am learning Mandarin (When I have time). Then (touch wood) offer them a full-time job during the summer. Although their is better jobs out there, there is also a lot of competition for those jobs!
I have had a couple of successful interviews with young university students (one hottie!  ) - Who do speak fluent English. As it is only a part-time basis to beging with. I have offered them good incentives etc for the future.
