ah ha ha! well, that hasn't happened to me...YET! but, try the 3P with u and two ladies...seems to be many a man's fantasy but it's been known to happen 
i'm no expert on the HG scene but TST is monger-central. thing with hotels is u likely will have to wait, and may have a B&S (bait-and-switch)--these can sometimes work out fine. however, with limited time, don't expect tobag more than one HG. if u want multiple experiences u need to hit the walkups.
early afternoon is a great time tho, worst times are lunchtime and when guys get off work. if yr willing to try a little experimentation, search the DB for walkup joints with a number of gals listed. these hallways will have a number of flats, and u can just ring the buzzer of any doors that don't have "please wait" on the sign (the opposite is often a URL like "sex141.com," but it's pretty clear whether she's free or not. if u ring the doorbell, chances are it'll open--then u gotta make the call. it can be intimidating to turn down a gal in person (esp if she's PULLING u inside), but it is yr time and money, just smile and be polite about it. this isn't the easiest thing to do, but early afternoon on a weekday, u shd have several choices in the walkups.

i've never known a girl or agent to respond to email or SMS in HK, sad but true. they COULD get more biz...but it's a talk-loud-on-the-mobile-culture. carry yr mobile, and if yr after a certain gal, call her when yr IN THE BUILDING. expect some confusion, they're used to native speakers. a typical convo might go like this:
"Hello?" (the Canto-greeting "Wei?" might be used instead)
"Hello! is this Bi BI (or whatever absurd name)?"
"Yes" (IF yr lucky. anything else might happen, including a hangup, speaking in Chinese, who knows)
"OK. I come see you NOW: eighth floor, flat A. OK?"
"Yes, OK" (now yr really lucky, but in general, if she's answering the phone, she's not busy)
"OK, i come see you now" hang up and head there straightaway.
or skip all that, find a place with a few WGs and just wander. but when ringing doorbells, be prepared IN ADVANCE for an excuse in case u really don't want what's behind Door #2. one ruse: grab yr phone, look at the "caller number," get a look of horror, "answer" and say "yes boss! yes, i'm on my way!" and start walking away covering the mouthpiece and mouthing "sorry, sorry" to the gal. this is called "saving face," and is a good practice. however, if u pull it, vacate the hallway--don't wait until she shuts the door and then ring the neighbor's bell. if yr brazen enough, just say "oh sorry" and ring the neighbor's bell anyway! yeah it sounds anarchic but yr here for adventure, right? oh and you'll be surprised how small the rooms are, but what the heck, there's enough room for fun!
the Philippines...even though it's gotten more mercenary, Thailand is still not in that league. u can go to a Bangkok soapie and have a great time with one (or two) lovely ladies u pick from a lineup. u don't need to go to bars AT ALL. it's more about time than money, although T-land's no longer the bargain it used to be. still, compared to Oz rates, any place will seem a bargain.
u will wanna bring yr own condoms, and be prepared for a bit of BDDS. that's why i tend to prefer more experienced Chinese girls over the 19-year-old skinny-butt creampuff-gals. Thai gals, VN gals, never a problem. just be considerate and chalk it up to adventure.

to be honest, given yr timeframe, a personal guide wdn't do u any good. spend time on this forum, read as many reports as u can, and mentally prepare yrself for small spaces, a lot of written-language u can't understand, gals who can't speak English but are fun and will take GOOD care of u. when will u be here anyway? right now ChiNewYr is finally winding down, so u've missed the worst season for mongering in HK...
