I had the same problem, when I wanted to try and post a report. Needed I think 10 posts/credits to be able to make a post in the reports section.
I cannot read or write Chinese, so I solved the problem by going to the adult manga sharing forum, and posted one magazine thread in multiple posts. As seemed to be the custom there in any case. | |
