To be honest, I would count it as the one shot. If you feel like you're about to cum, then you gotta stop her, or pull out yourself.
However, while I've said this, it all depends on the girl. You will find that anything is possible. Even with a HG I've managed to get two shots for the price of one all within 45 minutes.
