Actually someone took an original video of Donald Tsang praising an upcoming video trailer that was produced with MC Jin. These were videos produced in collaboration with the government.
Here is the original video trailer that was re-edited.

The upcoming video is called "Rap Now 2010" and is about MC Jin rapping in English and Chinese wishing the people of HK prosperous future and Merry Christmas and Happy New Year. On Donald's computer screen should be MC Jin's face as he raps in Chinese and English. Then in the end, Donald wishes HK Merry Christmas and Happy New Year.
This is the "Rap Now 2010" video.

Honestly I hope Donald Tsang and the government has a sense of humor with regards to the sex141 version. If this was re-edited version of a video produced by the governments of either Singapore or Beijing, there would be major heat dropped on this site as both governments would feel the sex141 version is a slap of their faces. Or ideally someone should take that sex141 version down. | |
