Think you meant "Wun Yau Dee"?

If that is it, then you're right, it does mean "be more gentle". However, it can be used in different context, not just while intercourse.

Like, when I coach mini rugby, I tell the kids to "wun yau dee" when passing the ball to each other.. more finesse, more gentle.
