There wouldn't be any Japanese outcall girls available in Macau. Used to be a couple of real Japanese at 18 but have not seen any around for several years now. There are plenty of beautiful women in Macau but Japanese would be tough unless you go and pick up some civi Japanese tourist at the pier when they arrive. Seen many decent looking Japanese girls as tourist roaming around Senado Square (not the sauna) but with civi girls there's no guarantee you'll end up in bed with them.
