Regarding Asian joints, most of providers in the various Chinatowns of NYC are ugly, sub par, mediocre or average at best. Occassionally, you'll find a gem here and there. The exceptions are higher end KMPs and independents. For cheap bastards like myself, we're going to encounter a lot of see nyes and ah mo's. If it's already this bad in NYC, I can't imagine it being worse in California. Of course, we all know the providers here can't hold a candle to the providers in HK, China, and other parts of Asia.
Although I've never partaked, many say Korean providers from the West coast are often better in terms of looks and service. They seem to be into the bleached blonde hair and fake tan, which I'm personally not a fan of. If they haven't already done so, they should pay the East coast a visit. | |
