Depends on the girl. I've done four, and they were all sort of different.
1: was a long term relationship and the first time for both of us, so we wanted to try something new. We were comfortable with each other and enjoyed it a lot. It became a regular staple for period sex after that.
2: Some stupid girl who had a hopeless and unrequited love for me. Pretty sure she wasn't doing it for herself but rather trying to please me. Who am I to turn down a gift? Unsurprisingly I don't think she enjoyed it that much, but she pretended she did and that's fine for me. Went ATM just to see if she'd protest.
3: She was drunk and had gathered up enough courage to ask me to try it. She was a bit of a whore so I didn't believe she was an anal virgin at first, but after comparing her behavior to #1 and #2 it seemed legit.
