if you are caught having sex with a minor u will not only get a court fine and community service you will also have a RECORD. thats the bad thing. having a record follows you for life it does not get removed. if you are caught a 2nd time you potentially will have to go play "pick up the soap" for a few months. This is not a guess this is a fact. so if you think the WG is abit young ask to look at her passport/ ID card. as for punting it is totally legal as long as you are in a room with only one WG. anymore than one its illegal.
WG can advertise their business BUT they are not allowed to walk the streets to muster up business. I was told that they could in reality shout down from their windows BUT they cannot go on the street to pull punters, something to do with the history of the law, please dont quote me on this one as I am not 100% sure but i have heard of this from many informed historians haha.
so all in, its not illegal to have sex in a room with one other person who is not a minor. it's troublesome if one is caught in a cleanup raid but it isnt illegal and as long as you do what the police ask you have no problem. even if the girl is entering HK illegally or on a tourist visa and you are caught having sex with her you have no legal problems just alot of hassle AND the police have to let you go cause there is no case against you, however you may be asked to go to the police station to help in the investigation.
Most of this information was told to me by a high level lawyer friend of mine HOWEVER the information is more than 10 years ago BUT i do not think the law has changed at all regarding this matter.
just to inform all brothers GFS maybe at risk since nearly all the reports on the sauna section has been related to GFS. what is happening in GFS is illegal. best to keep reports down regarding the place for the time being.
