I am not white but I do see alot of posts from, I presume, white guys who want to go to a bar where they can meet local girls who speak English and want white guys.
A reliable place for these bros will be the bar, Mes Amis, in Wanchai on Wednesday night. Wednesday night is Ladies Night there and special ladies drinks are free until (I think) 2am. There are alot of local hk girls plus some overseas Chinese girls who go to this place to meet white guys. Practically all of these girls can speak decent English and want to 'practice' their English. It doesn't matter if the guy is old or young as long as he is white. Though the bar is in Wanchai, there are very few SE asian girls here.
Biggest negatives to me about that place is not about the girls' "meat" preference but that most of these local girls are not young (average about 30yo) and a good number of them are a bit overweight (or meaty). There are few cuties though if you go early enough to catch them before the crowds come. I used to go there first for a drink or two (becoz the beers are cheap) before heading out to lkf for better eye candies.
