Surely this is the situation in the U.S.?? It's illegal to pay someone to have sex with you, but if you do the same thing in front of a camera it isn't. Perhaps this is where pimps come in, if you pay the pimp rather than the girl directly you're not breaking the law?? Porn producers and agents are in this scenario fulfilling the same role.
