Tipping in OZ
Tipping is not customary in Australia and I hope this never becomes the case, my opinion of tipping is the same as "Mr Pink". If you want to reward good-excellent service here, you extend your booking another half hour and/or become a regular. If you want a "special service" of some sort then there is often an extra fee involved, this can sometimes be referred to as a tip, but is normally negotiated up front, not requested later. | |
