It's a clitoral stimulator, not much thicker than my thumb and about 100mm (4") long.
I don't just pull it out and and start using it. As I said in an earlier posting it depends on the vibe I get from the WG. If I do think it's a goer I take it out and show it to her, you'd be surprised how many haven't or claim to haven't seen one before and they're often curious to give it a try. I'll add a link to another posting I put out where I talk about using it.
