I've always had this fantasy of a 12 hand massage - yes really! It would go like this:
A girl on each foot to give me a nice foot massage
A girl on each hand to give me a nice hand massage (I love hand massages)
Another girl at my head to give me a relaxing head massage
And finally a girl to massage my cock and balls of course 
I did once have a 4 hand foot massage one time, but the girls had such different techniques, that it wasn't half as good as I had hoped it might be - I suspect my fantasy in reality would be equally all over the map.
