There isn't one, if you ask Russians they will say no need you just need an hour and some vodka my friend.
Fact is in Russian cities of most sizes Siberian ones, most women are up for it anyway. You will see them dressed real nice, walking about showing off smile at them and shout,
Privet! , Davai melenka Piva (hi come and have a beer) this is completely innocent and she will come and drink you under the table (Piva beer is about 35 roubles per pint pay for it and suggest eating Sushi ).
Whatever you do birng foreign condoms which are good quality AND whatever you do if they say Malenka vodka. Quite often them will take you home and do you, I got taken home badly drunk and was virtually raped, ie SHE held ME against a wall and used me like a dick on a stick or something. It was incredibly rough and I was covered in bruises next morning, she did me (not the other way round) about 7 times that night. Russian women may look sleight but they are incredibly strong and can crush you and your pelvis.
If you dress nice you will be approached by WGs on the streets, I dressed like an absolute bum on my motorbike adventure across Siberia and was asked loads of times, going rate is $50 US in Vlad $60 ~ $100 US, Moscow $200+.
Watch out for Russian mafia though, the further west you go the more corrupt it becomes.
