I can do one better than aaa888 in being a cheap a$$!
take the free Novotel shuttle and ride it to Novotel (about 5 min). That will save you the $3.5HKD instead of taking the S1. From there, you can take the local Tung Chung line (station is 1 block away from Novotel) and go to the Kowloon station, for $16HKD. From the Kowloon station, take one of the free hotel shuttle buses A1 thru A6 to wherever your desitination is. Or transfer at Lai King and take the Tsuen Wan line into TST. Depends on your final destination, and how much luggage you have.
