The best dim sum restaurant should be Lung King Heen at four seasons hotel If no mistake it's the only 3 michelin Starred chinese restaurant.
it's quite expensive, I went there last year, it's at least hkd40 for a dim sum
otherwise you can go to Maxim restaurant (not the fast food), they are very good for dim sum and the price is correct | |
