What you need to know is
a) Philippinas come from a superficially catholic culture: any overt display of sexuality is a "bad girl" thing ... which means you can amplify anything they say. Basically she already told you she wants to screw your balls off, over and over again, until both of you are completely satisfied, and then do it again.
b) yes, she's basically locked up in a foreign country in return for twice as much money as a typical doctor / lawyer / professional would make back home. A bit like expats really 
c) which means that amongst the (large numbers) of "old maids" who are fat ugly stupid or all three, you can actually find some real gems: hot, smart, hardworking, and genuinely good to find ...
d) ... who are locked up with no freedom, nobody to talk to (except their employer who ignores them and just orders them around), completely alone except for her mobile phone, and PLENTY of nights to fantasise about what her friends are up to and she's missing out on ...
e) so yes, the romantic dream is very strong in these girls, and the reality is the top girls (see c above) are creamed off pretty soon. I've been to a few weddings between maids and expat guys, and it only takes one in a hundred for all the others to try extra hard to catch their own man
f) and yes, a single $400 fcuk is over 10% of her monthly salary and probably a 20% hike on her take-home, what a bonus for getting her rocks off and satisfying her own hunger!
so g) she doesn't actually care whether you are a short fling (for free) / long term boyfriend / sugar-daddy (paid) / marriage prospect - she'll take you regardless and then try to convert you if she can.

oh h) give up any idea of sleeping around discreetly - the flippie grapevine is faster than twitter. By the time you go out on the street ALL her friends will know she owns you, and if you so much look at another girl, she will know about it within seconds.
